The
course was great fun, the instructor Gary Lester was great
(as he is an NLP trainer as well as a Reiki trainer, I'd
expect his presentation skills to be above par - and they
were) the other people on the course were a great laugh and
good and stimulating fellow students. I have suffered for
several years from three different 'pains' a pain in my neck
which occurs periodically and was initially caused by
overwork in front of a computer, a bad elbow, caused by an
improper breakfall on a concrete floor, and a pain above my
left hip, which is about two years old and was (I suspect) a
muscle injury that just never got a chance to heal (because
I do a LOT of martial arts). Well, all three injuries have
been virtually nonexistent since the beginning of the second
week of training which MIGHT be a co-incidence, but then
again might not. Because I have some NLP training and
because of my natural cynicism, I am reasonably certain that
I have neither been hypnotised nor subject to a
self-hypnotic effect. So that leads me to the conclusion
that there is something going on....... That's kind of neat!

All topics were valuable and the practical, hands
